The house has been recently renovated and furnished, offering spacious and bright spaces. It is fully equipped, has air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi connection. It has several terraces from which some of them can enjoy the sea view. There is an area where the private pool is located.

On the ground floor, we will find the living room, with a kitchen open to it, as well as a bathroom. From the living room you can access the garage, and the garden-terrace, where you can access through some windows, which connect us with an outdoor area, equipped with table and chairs, barbecue area, pool and hammocks, to enjoy the abroad.

Through the staircase, you access the first floor where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them inside one of the rooms. Two of the rooms are doubles and one is single. All rooms have windows, one of them gives access to a beautiful terrace from where you can see the sea and the bay of Pollensa.

On the second floor we find a large double room with an en-suite bathroom, with also access to its own terrace, which allows you to see the mountains and the sea.

The entire house has air conditioning and heat pump, as well as Wi-Fi internet connection.
